We have recently completed the master plan for the last major undeveloped tract on the West Mesa of Las Cruces. The Overlook will offer a unique combination of the convenience of City services and the quiet, relaxed life style of a pleasant rural setting. By leaving nearly half of the 340 acres undisturbed, and by designating a major portion of that area as permanent open space, we are ensuring that The Overlook will be developed sensitively and will offer the true beauty of the high desert. A mixed-use neighborhood, The Overlook will include sizable estate homesites up to five acres, stunning view lots averaging just under an acre, clusters of lots for patio homes and townhomes, a wide range of recreational amenities, and a neighborhood commercial center. Construction is scheduled to begin in autumn 2008.
